Our Offering

C.A. Götz jr. GmbH operates the online shops www.conrad-goetz.com and catalog.cagoetzjr.com. There you can view accessories for bowed and plucked string instruments as well as care products, add them to the shopping basket, order them and pay for them. You can create a customer account, view orders, and withdraw from a contract using the "Withdraw from contract" button.

How to Use the Shops

  1. You find products via the menu or the search function.
  2. On the product page, you select the variant and add the product to the shopping basket.
  3. In the shopping basket, you check the items and quantity and proceed to checkout.
  4. You enter delivery and billing details, select shipping and payment method, and complete the order with "Pay now".
  5. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

These steps are designed to be operable by keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter) and with screen readers.

How We Meet the Requirements

We align the shops with the requirements of the Ordinance implementing the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz), as specified by the standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. This includes:

  • full operability by keyboard, with visible focus
  • text alternatives for product images
  • sufficient contrast and text that can be enlarged up to 200% in the browser
  • labelled form fields and understandable error messages at checkout
  • a clear heading structure and consistent navigation
  • adaptation to screen size and orientation

We review compliance on a regular basis and remedy any deficiencies found.
